In addition to interesting keynote speeches on topics such as leadership, employer attractiveness and employee support, the event offered inspiring insights into entrepreneurial experiences. In a panel discussion, our Managing Director Peter Jöst and other entrepreneurs from the region reported on the positive effects of participating in the competition. The added value of strategically reflecting on and further developing one's own company was particularly emphasized. The ceremony concluded with the presentation of certificates and a social get-together with time for exchanging opinions and networking.
