Since 2008, the Strahlemann Foundation has been campaigning for greater educational equality and better future prospects for children and young people - especially those with difficult access to education. The aim is to support young people at an early age, discover their talents and pave the way for a self-determined future. With projects such as the "Talent Company", a modern career guidance room at schools, and the digital coaching program "Talent Elements", the foundation brings students together with training companies and creates practical perspectives. The foundation works with schools and companies throughout Germany, but is also active internationally - in India, for example, and in Ethiopia and Haiti. It's financed by donations, endowments and the support of committed small and medium-sized enterprises, which together make a contribution to more equal opportunities.
