Abraflex® High Performance Nonwoven Abrasives

With our high-performance nonwoven abrasive sheets, DIY fans and craftsmen can carry out a wide range of sanding jobs – from matting glossy surfaces and smoothing wood to roughening a wide variety of materials for better adhesion of paints and varnishes. We offer nonwoven abrasives in almost all grit ranges and sizes – individually tailored to every application. The flexible materials adapt perfectly to the shape of the workpiece and ensure an even, clean sanding pattern. Nonwoven cut-to-size pieces, with an integrated liquid reservoir are also available, especially for zinc substrate pre-treatment.

Haftfix® nonwoven discs for eccentric sanders. Particularly suitable for roughening & smoothing wood and painted surfaces. The reverse side is equipped with our Haftfix-Velcro system, which ensures a secure hold on the sanding disc and enables quick replacement of the nonwoven discs. Thanks to their uniform fiber structure and complete impregnation, our Haftfix® nonwoven discs will give you a consistently high level of quality. Our Abraflex® High Performance range is available in various designs and shapes, including combined nonwoven brushes with emery inserts, circular brushes and lamelle brushes. The nonwoven abrasive brushes for use with drills or flexible shafts are ideal for matting and satin finishing metals, cleaning oxidized non-ferrous metals, for the seamless brush matting of stainless steels and for roughening plastics in preparation for bonding work. The fine grits of the S-400 make it eminently suitable for the fine sanding and matting of non-ferrous metals and stainless steels, the fine deburring of aluminum parts and for processing paints and coatings. The brushes are primarily designed for efficient surface processing. Our combined nonwoven abrasive brushes with emery insert will give you a much-increased abrasion intensity, which results in a particularly high removal rate thanks to the mix of nonwoven abrasives and abrasive cloth lamella.
