Abrasive Sleeves

TEXFLEX® abrasive sleeves consist of a special nonwoven construction with a fabric carrier. They’re extremely tear-resistant and stable and ideal for finishing, deburring, derusting and cleaning metals such as stainless steel and non-ferrous metals. It's also possible to remove weld seams and gently remove paint from a wooden surface without damaging its grain.

Thanks to their innovative design, useit® Superfinishing Sanding Sleeves allow dust to be extracted directly by the abrasive – an innovation in surface finishing. And the result? The sleeves no longer clog up, the dust load on the machine and workplace is noticeably reduced and the sanding performance increases significantly.

Typical usage scenarios are the removal of dust inclusions and impurities from painted surfaces by dry sanding (completely without repainting), smoothing and gloss sanding of filled surfaces, high-gloss sanding and polishing of non-ferrous metals, stainless steel and solid surface materials – in just two to three steps, and you won't need any polishing paste. The sanding sleeves are available in different versions – with paper or fabric carrier, also suitable for wet sanding.
