Sanding and Polishing Belts
With useit® superfinishing belts, dust inclusions and soiling on painted surfaces can be removed by dry sanding – no need for repainting. Plastered surfaces are perfectly smoothed or given a high-gloss finish. Non-ferrous metals, stainless steel and solid surface materials can be sanded to a high gloss or polished without paste in just two or three steps. The belts are particularly suitable for professional stainless steel processing and the fine sanding and polishing of surfaces (final finishing). Very high gloss levels can be achieved with little or no effort, without the need for felt or paste. Solid surface materials can be finished to almost any gloss level, with neither shadows nor clouds. The useit® SG2 Superfinishing Pad SG2 belts offer you extremely long service lives during intermediate paint sanding – without damaging the surface.
The belts are available in widths of up to 1400 mm. On request, we also offer customized solutions that are precisely tailored to your requirements.
