useit®-Superfinishing Pad SG3

The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG3 offers enormous savings potential compared to conventional polishing methods when processing high-gloss paints, GRP surfaces, metals and solid surface materials. This leads to a considerable reduction in working time and costs. The through-sanding of ridges and edges is prevented by the abrasive grits applied using a special coating method. The grits align themselves during sanding thanks to the special design of the pad. The pad adapts perfectly to curves and profiled surfaces. The special thickness of the pad offers a better adaptability to the surface compared to the useit® Superfinishing Pads SG and SG2, particularly in the automotive and boatbuilding sectors. The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG3 is suitable for both wet and dry sanding and fits all sanding machines that are available on the market.

The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG3 for the Jöst P1 dust-free sanding system enables better adaptation to curved and shaped surfaces thanks to its increased foam thickness. Like the useit® SG2 Superfinishing Pad, the SG3 is ideal for processing solid surface materials, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, GRP and wooden surfaces. Depending on the grit used, different gloss levels can be achieved in a very short time. Like the SG and SG2, the useit® Superfinishing Pad SG3 is suitable for wet and dry sanding.
