useit®-Superfinishing Pads SG

Our useit® Superfinishing Pad SG is a high-performance abrasive with up to six times the surface sanding and finishing performance of conventional abrasives. It's ideal for the ultra-fine, finish and polishing sanding of stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, solid surface materials and many other materials. Dust inclusions, paint runs and spray mist can be removed quickly and easily. With their superb performance for wet and dry sanding, useit® SG Superfinishing Pads fit every sanding machine that's available on the market, regardless of the perforation configuration in the suction plates.

The special design combined with state-of-the-art production techniques make the useit® Superfinishing Pad SG for Jöst eccentric sanders a reliable product that creates an outstanding surface quality. The open structure enables virtually dust-free and continuous working. The resulting sanding dust is sucked backwards through the pad over the entire surface. The useit® Superfinishing Pad SG can be used to finish hard floor coverings such as PVC, lino or vinyl floors as well as 2K-coated industrial floors and sealed or oiled/waxed wooden floors. The above floor coverings can be cleaned, polished or freed from smears and micro-scratches – without damaging their surfaces. Even differences in the gloss level of floors can be quickly and easily evened out, saving you time-consuming reworking. Soiling such as cement and epoxy resin residues can be removed quickly, reliably and easily from tiles and fine stone floors without having to use cleaning chemicals.

Thanks to their multi-layer structure and state-of-the-art production technology, our SG Pads are the perfect choice for demanding surface treatment. The open structure enables virtually dust-free working, as the sanding dust is extracted across the entire surface through the pad to the rear. Versatile in use, the pad is ideal for the targeted and time-saving processing of solid surface materials, GRP, paints, lacquers and high-gloss lacquered surfaces - with 100% precision.

As a high-performance abrasive, the Superfinishing Pad SG achieves finish sanding results that are up to six times higher than the performance of conventional abrasives. The pad is universally compatible with all standard sanding machines – regardless of the suction plates' perforation – and it's pre-destined for both wet and dry sanding glory!

With our SG finishing and polishing brushes, high-gloss surfaces can be achieved quickly and easily without the need for polishing paste. The brushes are ideal for working on curves and profiled surfaces. Outstanding gloss levels can be achieved on stainless steel sheets – and you won't need any felt or polishing paste. Thanks to the flexibility of the abrasive, the brushes adapt perfectly to the surface contour and prevent any through-sanding at the edges. When processing solid surface materials, especially in the washbasin sector, the surfaces can be perfectly adapted to the entire installation without any visible transitions in gloss and structure.

Combined with state-of-the-art production techniques, the special design makes the useit® Superfinishing Pad SG a highly reliable product for achieving the highest surface quality when used together with the Jöst P1 dust-free sanding system. The open structure enables virtually dust-free and continuous working. The resulting sanding dust is sucked backwards through the pad over the entire surface. It's suitable for wet and dry sanding.
