TRAINING COURSES BY JÖST ABRASIVES
What is the Jöst Academy?
We’ve been working continuously on expanding and optimizing our product range for more than 40 years. Thanks to our close cooperation with users from industry, trade and specialized trade partners, our customers benefit from reliable expertise and recognized professional quality.
Anyone who shares our passion for floor care and cleaning can participate in our training courses. Our seminars aim to teach participants how to analyze the nature of the floor covering and select the best possible procedure for the task at hand. This saves time in daily work, increases the floor’s life and significantly reduces the use of cleaning chemicals.
We want our courses to support our customers in their practical training of their employees – and to show customers how they can save time and achieve better cleaning results at the same time. Training objectives and topics are defined in advance and can be customized to match any flooring, such as elastic, wooden and stone floors.
You’re welcome to take advantage of our offer on our site in the beautiful Odenwald. However, if you can’t come to us, we’ll be happy to come to you!
We haven’t planned any webinars, because we work with many different types of flooring in practice.
We offer different modules:
- The world of Jöst pads and machines
- Cleaning basics
- Wooden floors
- Flooring with hard coverings
- Elastic flooring
- HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering)
Depending on the training module, we first address the theory theoretically – meaning the types of soiling and the material science of the surface, then we discuss the appropriate cleaning technique and the legal requirements. In the second part, what you’ve learned in theory is put into practice. Each training module comprises around half a day of theory and half a day of practice.
Anyone who shares our passion for floor care and maintenance can participate in our training courses. We’ll be happy to pass on our specialist knowledge to anyone who wants to expand their knowledge on flooring, whether they’re laymen or professionals.
Each course is designed for 5 to 10 people and comprises one half-day of theory and one half-day of practice.
You’ll receive an official certificate for the course in which you’ve successfully taken part.
